Scope
After you consent to website analytics, the site may record page views, device and browser categories, approximate region, traffic source, and interactions such as clicks to booking platforms, LINE, WhatsApp, email, phone, maps, and the rental-car request form. We do not send form content, names, email addresses, phone numbers, passport information, driver's-license information, or precise location to Analytics events.
Usage data is used only to understand whether the site is easy to use, identify which properties and local guides receive interest, improve the booking-inquiry process, evaluate marketing performance, and detect unusual traffic or technical problems.
This website uses Google Analytics 4. Google may process related data under its own terms of service and privacy policy. KAISEI disables advertising-personalization signals and uses a consent mechanism to control whether Analytics is activated.
The website does not load Google Analytics before you select “Allow analytics.” If you select “Do not use analytics,” the website will not set analytics cookies for Google Analytics. You may change your choice at any time through “Cookie Settings” on this page or in the footer.
Event-level analytics data is retained in GA4 for no more than 14 months. Aggregated reports may remain available longer under Google's product settings. KAISEI reviews periodically whether continued retention is necessary. Retention and access rules for direct inquiries and rental-car records follow applicable law and requirements for contract performance, insurance, incident handling, and internal management.
Booking platforms, LINE, WhatsApp, email providers, Google Maps, and other external websites operate independently. After you leave the KAISEI website, the relevant platform's terms and privacy policy apply. Do not send unnecessary passport or driver's-license information through public channels.
The rental-car form organizes your request on your device. You then choose whether to send it through LINE, WhatsApp, or email. The website does not send names, driver's-license details, or itinerary content from the form to Google Analytics. Do not send passport or driver's-license images until KAISEI provides a designated submission method.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you provided directly to KAISEI, contact the official email address on this page. Information required for contract performance, legal records, insurance, incident handling, or dispute resolution may not be deleted immediately.
