KAISEI hotels and Villa Stay are best suited to guests traveling by car. We accept applications for KAISEI-operated rental cars and can arrange vehicle delivery to airports, major stations or hotels within the Tokyo area, subject to confirmed conditions. Driving eligibility, insurance, fees, deposit, pick-up and return locations, and accident procedures must be confirmed in writing before departure.
Vehicle delivery to major Tokyo stations and hotels
Suitable for guests who stay in Tokyo or travel by train before starting a regional drive. Coverage, delivery fee, return method and timing must be confirmed in advance.
A parking-first stay
Kaisei Hotel Ibaraki-machi and Kaisei Hotel Ishihama Coast both serve road-trip guests as an important customer group. Each property page will clearly show parking spaces, arrival photos and vehicle-size guidance.

Driving eligibility
An international driving permit, passport, domestic driver's license, age, driving experience and understanding of Japanese traffic rules may all affect whether a vehicle can be released.
Insurance and accident liability
Before vehicle delivery, we must explain insurance coverage, the deductible, NOC charges for loss of use, accident reporting, roadside assistance, liability for damage and police-reporting procedures.
Pick-up, return and cancellation
The delivery location, return location, fuel level, late return, cancellation deadline, vehicle class, child seat, ETC card and additional-driver rules must all be confirmed in writing.
Rental-car application conditions
KAISEI-operated rental cars can be requested online and take effect only after written confirmation.
KAISEI guests may request vehicle pick-up and return at Tokyo airports, major stations, Tokyo hotels or KAISEI properties. We recommend applying at least 48 hours in advance. Service availability depends on vehicle inventory, driving eligibility, insurance, fees, deposit and payment, as well as written rental arrangements after the accommodation information has been confirmed on the booking-platform page or in writing by KAISEI.

Vehicle class, luggage capacity, child seats, ETC cards, winter equipment, navigation language and additional-driver rules depend on KAISEI inventory and policy.

If an accident, damage, loss, traffic violation or vehicle breakdown occurs, the guest must follow Japanese law, police procedures, KAISEI instructions and the insurer's reporting rules.
