4:00 p.m. check-in, a short coastal walk, and a hot spring
If weather and daylight allow, get oriented at Ishihama Coast and Unomisaki. Visit Urara-no-Yu Juo in the evening if you wish. Stay away from rocky shoreline areas during strong winds, heavy rain, or after dark.
8:30 a.m. coast, Unomisaki, Kamine Zoo, and central Hitachi
Enjoy the coastline and pine groves in the morning, then visit the zoo in the afternoon. Check closure dates and final admission times before leaving.
Return to the hotel and keep the coastal trip low-stress
Avoid long drives in the evening. If you skipped the hot spring on arrival night, move it to this evening after checking current hours.
9:00 a.m. a slow coastal morning and Hitachi seafood route
Visit Hitachi Osakana Center for lunch or shopping around midday. In the afternoon, choose central Hitachi, a cafe, or a hot spring based on the weather. Keep fresh seafood chilled and refrigerate it promptly.
Return to the hotel and check out the following morning
If conditions are safe, enjoy the coast again the next morning, but leave enough time for checkout and your return drive.
